Shanghai JAVISON Electric Motor Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai) has officially launched its full series of IE5 ultra-premium efficiency permanent magnet flat wire motors, covering a power range of 1.1 kW to 315 kW. The series supports multiple cooling options including air cooling, water cooling, and oil cooling, with a maximum efficiency of up to 97.5%, meeting both China National Grade 1 and IEC IE5 top-tier efficiency standards.

Leveraging three core technologies—advanced flat wire winding, high reluctance design, and oil cooling—the motors achieve higher power density, lower temperature rise, extended service life, and improved NVH performance. With a more compact structure and enhanced reliability, the series is widely applicable to air compressors, HVAC, textile machinery, new energy vehicles, off-highway vehicles, port and marine equipment, and other sectors.
